One of the most well-liked trekking routes in Nepal’s Himalayan Mountains is the Manaslu Circuit Trek. You will travel through the Manaslu Conservation Area on this hike. To complete this walk, you should go northeast of Nepal’s capital. Trekking around the Mountain of Manalsu is an impressive adventure that spans approximately 177 kilometers.

This hike commences in Soti Khola and ends in Dharapani. You are dropped off at Soti Khola after a seamless drive from Kathmandu. Along the Budhi Ganadki River, we shall trek. The Manaslu Circuit Trek trek offers breathtaking views of stunning mountains while passing through numerous villages and thick woods. A significant portion of this trip passes through local communities such Soti Khola, Macha Khola, Jagat, Deng, and Samagaon.
 

You will gain firsthand knowledge of Nepal’s isolated villages and natural surroundings in addition to learning a great deal about the local ethnic group and culture. Make sure to engage with locals and observe the rural village way of life while on your journey. As translators, our guides are there to assist you in learning as much as possible.
 

It’s a moderately difficult walk that takes about 12 days Manaslu Circuit to finish. The hike has a diverse altitude because you will go from 700 meters to 5106 meters above sea level. The hardest portion of the walk will be at Larkya La Pass, which will also be your highest point. The majority of the routes combine both downhill and uphill climbing. Day 1: Kathmandu to Soti Khola 
The adventure begins with a scenic drive from Kathmandu to Soti Khola, where the trek officially kicks off. The bumpy ride through picturesque countryside sets the tone for the remote and rugged terrain that lies ahead. 

Day 2-3: Trekking through Villages and Forests 
The trail meanders through lush forests, terraced fields, and traditional Nepalese villages, providing a glimpse into the local way of life. You’ll pass through settlements like Machha Khola and Jagat, where warm hospitality and stunning mountain views await. 

Day 4-6: Ascending to Higher Altitudes 
As the trek gains elevation, the landscape transforms into alpine meadows, rugged cliffs, and snow-capped peaks. Crossing the Budhi Gandaki River and ascending steep trails, you’ll reach the Tibetan-influenced village of Samagaon, nestled beneath the towering Manaslu. 

Day 7-9: Acclimatization and Exploration 
A rest day in Samagaon allows for acclimatization and exploration of the surrounding area. Hiking to the Pungyen Gompa or Birendra Tal offers panoramic views of Manaslu and the neighboring peaks, providing a true sense of the Himalayan grandeur. 

Day 10-12: Crossing the Larkya La Pass 
The highlight of the trek is crossing the challenging Larkya La Pass at an elevation of 5,160 meters. The ascent to the pass is strenuous but rewarding, offering unparalleled vistas of Manaslu, Himlung Himal, and the Annapurna range. The descent to Bhimthang unveils a dramatic change in scenery, with lush forests and pristine glacial lakes. 

Day 13-14: Descending to Dharapani and Return to Kathmandu 
The final days of the trek lead through quaint villages like Tilije and Dharapani, where you bid farewell to the Manaslu region. A scenic drive back to Kathmandu concludes the journey, allowing for reflection on the unforgettable experiences and memories created along the Manaslu Circuit
